Even though I believe rainy days are behind us and cooler days are ahead I so wanted to use this glimmer rainbow paper. It is so pretty. One of the amazing things about Stampin’ Up!’s glimmer paper is that it does not flake off. When you punch out or die-cut with this paper you never have to worry that it will fall off.
