This was a card I did for a sketch challenge. I love playing with sketches. It always gives me a solid foundation to work with when I am having a brain fart. When I can’t figure out what I want to stamp I start looking at sketches and before you know it – the card just starts coming together. This is a simple card that you can make it no time flat.
If you are new to stamping this is a wonderful card to start with. Very few layers and one stamp. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. It will surely bring a smile to someone.
The whisper white card base if a half of a sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. When cut in half the paper will measure 8 1/2 x 5 1/2. I score it at 4 1/4 and fold in half with my bone folder. That way you get a nice crisp fold.
The Calypso coral measures 4 1/8 x 5 3/8. The printed designer paper measures 4 x 4. Stamped the sentiment on some whisper white. The circle I punched with the 2 1/4 inch circle punch. Tied some ribbon to the card. Added some dimensionals to the back of the circle and centered onto the card.
