Pink Christmas cards always make me smile. They are kinda calming. This card used the Designer Series Paper Peaceful Place. I absolutely loved this paper. It goes so well with the Blushing Bride.
I always have enjoyed Pink and Gray together. When I make Christmas cards I use nontraditional colors usually. In fact, I don’t remember the last time I used Green and Red as your traditional colors.
I embossed the label with the white embossing powder. Embossing is one of those techniques that I don’t use very often but when I do, I just love the end result. It is so cool to watch the powder warm up and turn ll shiny, lol. It’s the little things in life. There are so many cool techniques you can do with embossing. In fact, maybe I will keep my supplies out and try it on another card.
The Every Day Label punch is one of my favorite tools, but the punched-out piece was too big and covered up most of the snowflake. So I just cut down the punch and it fit perfectly for my sentiment.
