When I do Christmas cards, I usually do an assortment of traditional colors and nontraditional colors. This year I did the same card with a blue poinsettia and one with a purple poinsettia. I think I like the blue poinsettia better as it reminds me of my mother. My mom’s favorite color was blue.
This is a card where again the dies do all the work. I had to do 25 of these for a swap, and I got them done so fast I couldn’t believe it. Especially when I could run the poinsettia and the leaves all through in one pass with the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine. I did a little stamping but not a whole lot. You could just cut out the dies in the color without stamping and I bet it would be still just as pretty.
